State of Indiana Professional Licensing requires that you pass 90 Pre-Licensing
Class that is Licensed by the State Professional Licensing Agency.
Independently Owned and Operated
No Minimum Class size!!
Requirements:
At Least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent
Complete 90 hour Pre Licensing Class and have minimum score of 225 Points out of 300 On 3 @ 100 question required test.
Must be present in class 80% of class days(attendance will be taken)
Once you pass the class, you are eligible to take the Indiana State Real Estate Brokers Exam.
Once you pass the 90 Hours Pre Licensing Class you have up to One year to take and pass Indiana State Exam

Initial payment of $100 to be eligible. Student agrees to make payments and be paid in full by the 6th week from the start date. Certificate of completion of the 90 hour pre licensing course will not be awarded until paid in full. If you choose to take advantage of this program, all monies are non refundable. A student may choose to re schedule into another session within 1 year. If a student chooses to cancel their session after the first class, All payments are non refundable and billed for the remaining balance, Student will be responsible if any legal fees and court cost that may occur. If student does not pay remainder before end of session 5% monthly late charge on balance will apply.
Refund/Retake Policy:
If you need to switch classes do to scheduling, you may do so with a $25 fee. You may do this with in a 1 year period. After the first class session a withdraw fee of $85.00 will be retained. There will be no refund after the third class session. If you do not pass the pre-licensing course you may retake the class for $199.00, you will have up to 1 year period to do so. If student is on payment plan, course is non refundable and Student will be billed for balance and responsible for if any legal and court fees . NSF fees will be charged to student.
Students may bring beverages and snacks to eat.
